Apricot, prune and nut balls


Ingredients
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of almonds or other nuts
½ cup of dried apricots
½ cup of prunes, pitted

Method

Blitz up until fine and add a little water at a time until it comes together as a ball. Then roll into balls or press into a 20x 20cm lined tin and cut into squares. Keep in an airtight container.
