Beef chow mein

Serves 4-6
This one has no noodles, but you could add them if you wanted.

Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 brown onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
¼ of a large green cabbage or ½ small one, diced or shredded
3 carrots, grated
2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp coconut aminos, you can use tamari or light soy
2 cups of beef bone broth or beef stock

Method
In a large pan or wok put in 2 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp butter, fry off the garlic, onion and mince for 3-4 minutes then add the carrot and cabbage, coconut aminos, bone broth and simmer for 15 minutes until most of the liquid is gone and then add your broccoli and simmer a further 5 minutes until the broccoli is cooked.  Season well with salt.
