Almond and chia pancakes

 Just like crepes but with baking powder to puff them up! 

This serve 1 hungry person or 2 not so hungry people

Ingredients
 
1/4 c almond flour 

1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs

Method 

 Whisk up, cook in a buttered/oil pan, 1 minute each side until golden brown and serve with butter and maple
