Homemade Jellies

Makes 6 x 125ml jellies or you can make one big jelly in a bowl

Ingredients

700ml juice, I have used lychee & grape juice, you can use your favourite juice
1 ½ tbsp powdered gelatine
Soft diced fruit to line the bottom of your jelly moulds, mango, strawberries, blueberries etc…

Method

Sprinkle the gelatine over 150 ml of your juice, stir and wait a little for it to gel, then gently heat until it melts whisk to make sure there are no lumps. Whisk and pour gelatine mix into the rest of your juice and whisk thoroughly. Put your fruit in the bottom of your moulds then pour over your mix. Put in the fridge to set. Takes about 2 hours depending on if you made small ones or one big one.
