Using up spare herbs

Need to use up spare herbs like coriander and basil? Blend with some garlic and extra virgin olive oil/coconut oil/butter-either of these. Put in ice cube trays and freeze, then pop out into a bag.

Uses:
use as a pesto for mixing though pasta, mash, mayonnaise, yoghurt
use as a salad dressing by adding more oil some apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard
use to top your veges or meat with
Use it for a marinade for meats
use it for stirring though tomato soups, any soups...
use with brushetta, then top with your chopped tomato mix
mix though some chopped hard boiled eggs
