Toasted coco- nutty muesli



Makes 5 cup approx.- ½ cup would be about a serve

Ingredients

2 cups of wheat free oats
1 cup of shredded or flaked coconut
1 cup of your favourite nuts, roughly chopped
½ cup seeds like pumpkin/sunflower seeds
½ cup of chia seeds
¼ cup each of honey and coconut oil, melted

Method

Preheat oven to 180C. Line a large roasting dish with silicon sheet or baking paper.
Mix everything together except the chia seeds. Put the mix evenly on your tray and bake for 20-25 minutes stirring every 5-7 minutes. Watch it doesn’t burn. Bake until golden brown and toasty. When it cools down a bit add your chia seeds and mix in. Leave to cool completely and put in an airtight container.
