Crispy parsnip chips

Crispy Parsnip chips, simply peel your parsnips, and then using a peeler continue to peel it so you have lots of strips, then toss in some coconut oil and bake at 180C for 20 minutes or so, checking on them regularly. Then sprinkle over plenty of himalayan salt

You could use sweet potato also. These are delish!
