Chocolate
coconut butter cups
50g
shredded or desiccated coconut (you can toast if you want)

T raw cacao powder
1-2
T honey depending on personal taste

T butter

T coconut oil
Method
Melt
butter and coconut, add to the other ingredients and mix well, put into
chocolate moulds, ice cube trays, or just spread on a sheet on greaseproof
paper on a tray. You can add nuts or dried fruit as a variation. You can use
coconut oil instead of the butter to make it dairy free, or you can use cocoa
butter. I like to use butter as I don’t like the flavour of all coconut oil.
Store in fridge or your bench in a container depending if you like your
chocolate firm or soft.
